Age 15
At 15, Tomas was a school kid asking grown-ups to believe in ideas he had no resources to build. Most told him to stop wasting time and go back to class. A few didn't. They became his first team and the beginning of a belief that still drives him today.
Age 18
Tomas raised his first angel investment from a former VP at Adform — an early sign that experienced people were willing to bet on his ideas.
The Data Company
Tomas founded Agenic as a competitive intelligence startup built to help companies understand competitor activity, market signals and strategic opportunities through digital media data.
Board Advisory & Strategic Growth
Tomas became a board advisor to several companies, supporting founders and teams on growth, positioning and digital strategy.
The AI Workforce
Agenic evolved into Agenica AI — building autonomous AI marketing employees used by teams at WPP Media, Havas, Lidl, Nestlé and other leading companies.
